We’re proud to welcome baby Simon Maurice Schurman, born Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 at 3:14pm. Simon weighs 7 pounds even and measures 18 3/4 inches long. Mom and Dad couldn’t be happier. The day was a blur, but luckily Daddy managed to snap a few hundred photos. Here are a few of our favorites.

I am so excited that our beautiful little Simon has finally arrived. My heart melted and tears filled my eyes when I held you for the first time. I promise that I will always be there for you. Daddy loves you very much!
